Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Video Reveal Orders

Orders that include the Video Reveal Upgrade require additional handling and filming time.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, filming, and preparation before shipment.

We aim to complete all reveals as quickly as possible while maintaining fairness and quality.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

United States

• Free shipping on orders over $100
• Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Canada

• Free shipping on orders over $200
• Orders under $200 are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times vary based on customs and carrier processing

International

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times vary by country
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

Lucky Fox Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Reshipment may require additional postage
• Orders returned to us may incur reshipping fees

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lucky Fox Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local carrier and file a claim.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment
