1. All Sales on Mystery Items Are Final

Due to the nature of our mystery-based products, all Mystery Bags, Crystal Draws, Capsule Drops, and game-based items are final sale.

Because each order is randomly selected and may include bonus opportunities, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

• Personal preference
• Style or color preference
• Duplicate items
• Perceived value
• Change of mind

By purchasing a mystery product, you acknowledge and accept the surprise nature of the item.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement item
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund (in rare cases)

3. Video Reveal Purchases

Video Reveal upgrades are non-refundable once filming has begun.

If you purchased a Video Reveal and your order has not yet been filmed, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

5. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• A restocking fee may apply
• Reshipment will require additional postage

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

All Lucky Fox orders are processed fairly and documented internally.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks on mystery-based products where the terms of purchase were clearly stated.

7. EU Consumer Notice

If you are located in the European Union, certain statutory rights may apply under local consumer protection laws. However, mystery-based and custom-opened items may be exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable EU directives.
